Description
In addition to turkey, we'll add fresh cucumber, cabbage salad, and carrot to the shawarma. As for the sauce, you can use a bit of your favorite ketchup and homemade mayonnaise. Feel free to add any vegetables, herbs, or anything else your heart desires to the shawarma.

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the turkey fillet into strips, sprinkle with your favorite spices. Fry the turkey for 8-10 minutes in a skillet.
