
Shawarma with avocado
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This shawarma is perfect for those who are trying to limit their potato consumption. In this recipe, the potato is replaced with ripe avocado. You can use regular flatbreads, or corn, spinach ones—whatever you prefer. The finished dish is ready to be served.

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use either cabbage or Korean-style carrots. Boil a portion of the chicken carcass in advance.

Lay the thin lavash flat on the work surface and spread half of the sour cream sauce along one edge. Rinse the lettuce leaves and remove the stems. Place them on top of the sauce.

Take the boiled chicken, separate it into pieces, and place it on lettuce leaves.

Rinse the tomato in water, remove the core, and slice it. Place the slices on the lavash. Cut the avocado in half, remove the skin and pit, slice it, and add it to the other ingredients.

Place more sauce, roll the lavash into a roll. Preheat the electric grill and place the roll on it, fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
