Description

You can substitute the fried chicken fillet with lamb or beef, but such meat should be fried for no more than 5-6 minutes, then wrapped in foil and left to steam for 10 minutes; otherwise, it will be either undercooked or overcooked and very tough.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Instead of coriander, you can use parsley.

    Cut the chicken fillet in half like a book and rinse it. Remove the tendons and membranes, then dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper on all sides. Fry in a pan for about 10 minutes until golden brown, adding vegetable oil to the pan.

    Unroll the thin lavash onto a working surface. Spread it with mayonnaise of any fat content or garlic sauce. Rinse the lettuce leaves and place them on top of the sauce.
