The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's very convenient to make shawarma outdoors, as the main preparations are done at home. You'll only need to assemble it and place it on the grill for a couple of minutes. For the filling, you can use any sauces, vegetables, herbs—whatever you like and have on hand. Serve the finished dish immediately.
