
Blini Shawarma
Description
Homemade shawarma with pancakes is easy to prepare. If you have leftover pancakes from lunch or dinner, you can quickly make this delicious snack. Especially since no special ingredients are required. Leftover boiled chicken or any other meat will work. Fresh or pickled cucumbers, lettuce leaves, fresh cabbage, tomato, cheese—basically, whatever you have in the fridge.

Prepare the ingredients for making shawarma.

Mix mayonnaise with minced garlic. I used ready-made garlic mayonnaise. Spread a little mayonnaise on the pancake.

Place the boiled sliced chicken on the mayonnaise. Season with salt to taste.

Finely chop or grate a fresh or pickled cucumber. This will be the next ingredient.

Cut the salad leaf into strips and place it on the cucumber.

Slice red or purple onion into half-rings and place on a lettuce leaf.

Cut the tomato into random pieces and place on top of the onion.
