Description

No one will refuse such a delicious and golden shawarma! You can prepare it not only from chicken fillet but also from meat cut off chicken thighs, drumsticks, or legs. If desired, you can marinate the chicken beforehand in soy sauce or another marinade to make the dish even more flavorful.

    Prepare the listed ingredients.

    Rinse the chicken fillet under water, remove the films and tendons, then cut into strips. Season with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add the chicken strips, and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Optionally, you can pour in a little soy sauce and simmer the meat.

    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise of any fat content, mustard, and lemon juice, then mix everything thoroughly.

    Place the lavash on a board and spread with the prepared sauce.

    Wash the salad leaves, cut them into strips, and place them on the sauce.
