Shawarma-Julienne
Description
Perfect for the table and for drinks. Shawarma made at home turns out much tastier than store-bought. And there can be many filling options—you can freely change and combine them. I'm sharing with you a recipe for one way to prepare it. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry over high heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and cook everything together for another 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add the sliced mushrooms.

Step 4

Pour in the cream and add minced garlic. Simmer everything, uncovered, so the excess moisture evaporates. Season with salt to taste.

Place a little of the fried mixture on a sheet of lavash. Sprinkle with grated cheese and roll into a roll, tucking in the edges.
