Turkey kebabs in kefir
Description
Many people prefer lean meat, and in that case, turkey will be your salvation. Grilled turkey turns out tasty, aromatic, and sufficiently juicy. You can add your favorite spices to the marinade. Serve this shish kebab with tomato sauce and a fresh vegetable salad. If you don't have the chance to go outdoors, don't worry—turkey shish kebab marinated in kefir cooks perfectly well in the oven too.
