Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you're planning to make something traditional and ordinary for dinner, this wok beef kebab recipe is definitely not for you. Honestly, this dish is so vibrant, unusual, and spicy that it takes your breath away and instantly lifts your mood. And since we won't be cooking the kebabs on skewers but using toothpicks instead, the dish will have a rather unique appearance and will undoubtedly make an excellent appetizer for any celebration or buffet. 1) First, thoroughly rinse the meat, pat it dry, and cut the beef into 1 cm cubes. 2) Transfer the meat pieces into a bowl and pour over a mixture of oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, and starch. Mix well, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let the beef marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. 3) After marinating, mix the meat again, take toothpicks, and thread two pieces of meat onto each one. 4) Pour vegetable oil into a wok and place it over high heat. In small batches, place the kebabs into the hot oil (the oil should completely cover the meat) and fry for about half a minute, then transfer the cooked beef to a separate plate. 5) Once all the meat is fried, pour out the remaining oil from the wok and wipe it with a paper towel. Place the wok back on the heat, add 1-2 tablespoons of oil, then add sliced garlic and chili flakes, frying until the aroma develops. 6) Add the fried beef to the garlic and chili, then add ground paprika, Sichuan pepper, cumin, and salt. Stir well and continue cooking the kebabs, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes. 7) When the meat is almost ready, add sesame seeds, mix everything once more, and turn off the heat. This kebab is best enjoyed hot, so without wasting a minute, begin tasting immediately. Enjoy your meal! The dish is now ready to be served.
