Shashlik in kefir
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can marinate pork, lamb, chicken, or turkey in kefir. Kefir contains the necessary acidity, so there's no need to add vinegar, lemon juice, or other acids. While grilling, you can baste the kebabs with the marinade to make them more flavorful and juicy. Serve the kebabs hot, accompanied by vegetables and fresh herbs.
