Shashlik with vinegar and onion
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's best to serve the shashlik while still hot, as the meat will practically melt in your mouth. Fresh or roasted vegetables and vegetable dishes go perfectly with it. A tomato sauce pairs well with this shashlik; you can add spices, herbs, and garlic to the sauce. Serve hot.
