Soviet-style shashlik
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Soviet-style shashlik turns out very tasty and is indistinguishable from shashlik grilled on a barbecue. Soviet-style shashlik is cooked on a "bed" of marinated onions, which is why it tastes just as delicious as shashlik on skewers. The meat turns out juicy, tender, and extremely flavorful! Enjoy. Serve the finished dish at the table.
