Hanki-style shashlik
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make Khansky shashlik not only with liver mince, but also with raw pieces of liver. You can wrap finely chopped tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers in caul fat. The main principle remains the same—filling is wrapped in caul fat. In my opinion, Khansky shashlik can be considered a delicacy. I made Khansky shashlik using thinly pounded pork, and instead of raw liver, I used ready-made liver pâté. The delight was endless! Try it yourself! Good luck and serve hot.
