Shashlik on an electric grill
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A kiwi marinade softens meat very well, so it's perfect for veal or beef. However, don't over-marinate—keeping the meat in the marinade too long will make it tasteless. An important point: add salt right before frying. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Remove the films from the meat and cut into pieces weighing 30 grams each.
- 2
Step 2

Slice the onion thinly. Peel the kiwi and cut into slices.

Step 3

Mix the meat, onion, and kiwi in a bowl. Do not add salt. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, but no more than 6.

Step 4

After the time has elapsed, remove the meat. Season with salt to taste. Prepare the electric grill. If necessary, lightly coat with vegetable oil. Skewer the meat onto wooden skewers.
- 5
Step 5

Place the meat on a preheated grill and sear. After 7–10 minutes, turn it over. Cook for another 5–7 minutes.

The dish is ready! Serve with fresh vegetables, your favorite salads, and sauces.
