Pork shashlik in sour cream
Description
Before cooking the shashlik, marinate the meat for at least 2 hours; if possible, leave it to marinate overnight. The longer the meat stays in the marinade, the more tender the shashlik will turn out. For those who like it spicy, feel free to add mustard, horseradish, or pepper to the marinade. You can also add garlic and your favorite herbs to taste. Be bold and delight your friends and family with delicious meat!
