Salmon skewers
Description
Essentially, salmon is Atlantic salmon. This fish has a rich range of beneficial properties, nutrients, and minerals. Salmon itself is a fatty fish, so salmon kebabs don't require special marinades—they will still turn out juicy and extremely delicious. Good luck with your cooking, and I sincerely hope you'll enjoy and find my salmon kebab recipe useful! ;)
Instructions

Step 1

Cut the salmon fillet into medium square pieces, 2 cm on each side. Slice the lemon into rings, then divide them into halves and quarters.

Step 2

Season well with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Thread the pieces of salmon, alternating with slices of lemon, place in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

Step 4

Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Then remove the kebab, arrange it on salad leaves, and serve.

Step 5

If you're planning to make salmon kebabs over charcoal, I recommend soaking the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before threading the salmon. Marinate the salmon slightly with onions and lemon juice, adding vegetables such as bell pepper. Grill the kebabs on a grill rack.
