Liver kebab
Description
This recipe won't take much time. I first saw this very simple liver kebab recipe on TV. At the time, it seemed to me like some sort of "perversion." But one day we decided to try it anyway, and I have to say, we really liked it. Now, whenever we want to surprise our guests or simply add some variety, we constantly prepare this kebab during our picnics. So, to make liver kebabs, you need: 1) First, thoroughly rinse a piece of beef liver and remove the membrane. Cut it into small pieces (about 1.5 cm thick). Sprinkle each piece with ground black pepper and salt. Also cut the pork fat into smaller pieces. 2) Melt butter in a frying pan and add some vegetable oil. Lightly sauté the liver pieces in this oil mixture (you can prepare this step in advance at home), then thread them onto skewers, alternating with pieces of fat. 3) Cook the liver kebabs over medium-hot coals for about 15 minutes. The coals shouldn't be too intense. Lightly salt the pieces just before finishing. 4) Ready. Serve the liver kebabs with fresh vegetables and dry red wine or light beer. :) Serve hot.
