Pork Ham Shashlik
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Who doesn't love shashlik? Even I, who usually never eats meat and dislikes fatty meat snacks, can't resist a piece of fresh, aromatic shashlik in the summer! It's truly hard to resist—so delicious, tender, and satisfying... And I think it's all thanks to this classic recipe for pork leg shashlik. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Step 1

1. Thaw the meat, rinse it, dry it, and cut it into pieces for shish kebab. Marinate in a mixture of lemon juice (I also added the cut pieces to the marinade), onion ground into a paste, spices, and chopped cilantro. Marinate for at least two hours, or preferably longer.

2. Now simply remove the remaining marinade and thread the meat pieces onto skewers. If desired, you can add vegetables or pieces of onion and lemon between the meat.
