Minced meat shashlik
Description
This recipe won't take much time. It's hard to imagine someone who doesn't love juicy, hot shashlik straight off the grill. Usually, it's pieces of meat marinated with onion, vegetables, and various spices. But we'll prepare it differently. Thanks to this recipe, the shashlik always turns out juicy and perfectly cooked, served with any vegetables, fresh herbs, flatbread, and sauce. 1. If you don't like lamb, use any other meat. Wash it thoroughly, dry with a paper towel, pass through a meat grinder, and place into a bowl. 2. Peel and wash the onion, chop it and add to the meat in the bowl. Add fat, crumble in bread, then add salt and spices to taste. Mix thoroughly. 3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours; you can chill it longer if desired. 4. After the allotted time, take the meat mixture out of the refrigerator and shape it into firm sausage-like rolls. It's important that the meat mixture is well chilled. 5. Prepare a grill, thread the sausage rolls onto skewers, and grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve the rolls with tomato sauce. Enjoy hot.
