Chicken shashlik with cherry tomatoes
Description
I really enjoy experimenting with marinades for everyone's favorite shish kebab. This summer I tried perhaps the simplest version—marinated chicken shish kebab in mayonnaise, but not regular mayonnaise, rather one with lemon juice. The shish kebab marinated for only half an hour, yet turned out incredibly tender, juicy, and delicious, with a pleasant lemony tang. I highly recommend giving it a try—this recipe is very simple, yet the shish kebab comes out just perfect.
