Chicken shashlik in beer
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I add homemade adjika to the marinade to give it a piquant flavor. You can replace it with ketchup, for example. The alcohol evaporates during frying, but the beer flavor remains quite noticeable. So if you're ready for experiments, remember this recipe. The finished dish can be served at the table.
