Chicken shashlik
Description
Chicken shish kebab can be made using chicken breast, thighs, or drumsticks. The breast is the driest part, so if you choose it, you need to make a juicy marinade and keep a close eye on the kebabs while cooking. Chicken doesn't need to be marinated for long. If you're short on time, this recipe is perfect for you. Serve it with fresh tomatoes and herbs.
