Potato and bacon skewers
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's very simple—almost primitive—but the result is incredibly aromatic and delicious. Anyone can prepare this dish. You'll need only a minimal amount of ingredients and equipment. No barbecue grill? No problem! You can use embers from a burnt-out campfire. No skewers? That's not an issue either! Fresh green twigs from shrubs will work just fine. Potato shashlik can be served either as a main dish or as a side dish to meat dishes. Serve hot.
