Turkey breast kebab
Description
Unlike traditional pork versions, this turkey breast kebab recipe does not require long marinating. You can start cooking the poultry after just one hour in the marinade, and it will still turn out delicious. But let's go through everything step by step. 1. First, wash and dry the turkey fillet. Cut it into small pieces. Here's a nuance: you can cook it on a grill, which requires wooden skewers and smaller pieces, or on a barbecue using metal skewers. In the latter case, you can cut the fillet into larger chunks. 2. Place the pieces into a deep bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Add your favorite spices or dried herbs for extra aroma. 4. Peel the garlic and press it using a garlic press. 5. Wash the lemon and squeeze the juice. Pour it over the turkey. Thanks to the lemon juice, the turkey breast kebabs cooked at home will be incredibly tender and soft. 6. Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for 1–2 hours. 7. If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for about 20 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. 8. Once the turkey has absorbed the marinade, simply grill or cook over open flame until golden brown on all sides.
