Salmon kebabs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This salmon shashlik recipe serves 6 people. The recipe I'm offering is suitable not only for those who love eating fish or food in general, but also for those who are fasting. Salmon shashlik is great for cooking outdoors, but can also be prepared at home, in the oven or on a grill. Good luck. Serve hot.

Step 6

Thread onto skewers or wooden sticks. Alternate fish with onion. Each skewer should have 4 pieces of fish.

Step 7

The result is the following picture.

Step 8

Then place the fish on the grill for about 25 minutes. No longer! Otherwise, the shashlik will dry out and won't taste good. The coals should not be too hot.

Step 9

Serve the ready-made shashlik with vegetables and white sauce. I wish you
