Salmon skewers
Description
You'll know the salmon is done when it turns a soft pink color. Be careful not to overcook the fish. For the skewers, it's best to use a small onion to make small rings, while larger ones can be placed at the bottom of the pan. This dish goes great with a side of rice. Of course, you can experiment with your own side dish options. Now, let's prepare this simple recipe for salmon kebabs on skewers.

Step 4

Place sliced onions in a frying pan, then add green onions, pour water and white wine over them, season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and simmer over medium heat. The liquid should cover the sliced onions. Bring the liquid to a boil, reduce the heat, and place the skewers with salmon and vegetables on top. Cover with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes.
