Apple Charlotte in one-two (very delicious!)
Description
Homemade pastry for tea. Why should you definitely make this apple cake? Because it turns out to be the most "apple-flavored" of all. The secret is to chop the apples into small pieces and mix them into the batter—this way, they distribute evenly throughout the cake. The finished cake simply melts in your mouth, turning out very light and juicy. You can decorate this cake with sugar glaze, coconut flakes, or melted chocolate. Serve it with tea or coffee.
