Charlotte in pumpkin
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. In this recipe, I used a small ripe pumpkin weighing approximately 1 kg. Baking time may differ from mine, as the thicker the pumpkin walls, the more time you'll need. Choose a ripe and sweet pumpkin. Follow my instructions and look at the photos. Now you'll learn how to make it.

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Instead of apple juice, you can use peach, orange, pineapple, or grape juice. Let's get started!

Step 2

Cut off the top of the pumpkin like a lid. Remove the insides first with your hands, then with a teaspoon, scraping off the upper fibrous layer.
- 3
Step 3

In a deep container, mix the juice and sugar.
- 4
Step 4

Pour in refined vegetable oil. Add dry milk, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- 5
Step 5

With a whisk, mix all the ingredients until a smooth mixture is obtained. The dough should not be stiff.
- 6
Step 6

Pour the batter into the pumpkin. Place sliced apple pieces on top. Wrap the pumpkin in foil and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes (depending on the size of the pumpkin) at 180 degrees. As soon as the top of the pumpkin turns golden brown, cover it with foil.
