Fluffy cake with condensed milk
Description
Charlotte is one of the favorite pies for many. The ingredients are affordable and inexpensive; you can use sweet or slightly tart apples to your taste. The dough made with condensed milk will be juicy and moist, so the baked pie won't be dry. Be sure to add cinnamon to the apple pie—it's a classic combination. Serve warm or chilled. 1. Wash the apples thoroughly. If they are store-bought, pour boiling water over them. Cut each apple in half, remove the cores, and slice into medium-sized pieces.

2. Add the previously melted butter to a bowl, then add sunflower oil, crack in 2 eggs, and add sugar. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth and homogeneous.

3. Add condensed milk, then mix flour with baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, and add to the egg mixture. Stir the dough until it reaches the consistency of thick sour cream.

4. Add the chopped apples to the prepared dough and mix. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish previously greased with a piece of butter. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40–60 minutes. Let the finished pie cool down and serve.
