Berry Charlotte in a Multicooker

Description

Homemade treats for tea. Berry charlotte in a multicooker is an almost fail-proof baking option. Thanks to the even heat distribution, the batter rises perfectly and bakes through. You can use absolutely any berries, both fresh and frozen. 1. First, prepare the batter. Break the eggs into a deep bowl and beat them with a pinch of salt until slightly whitish. 2. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until the sugar dissolves completely. 3. It's better to sift the flour beforehand. Add it in small portions to avoid lumps. The batter should turn out fairly thick. 4. While beating, add a pinch of vanilla and baking powder (can be substituted with baking soda). Mix until smooth and homogeneous. 5. Generously grease the multicooker bowl with butter. 6. Sprinkle with semolina, flour, or breadcrumbs. 7. Pour the batter into the bowl and smooth the surface. 8. Place fresh or frozen berries on top (no need to thaw beforehand). 9. Set the Baking mode for 50–65 minutes, depending on your multicooker's power. Want to make your berry charlotte not only delicious but also beautiful? After cooking, let it cool in the bowl for about 5–7 minutes, then remove and transfer to a plate. Dust the top with powdered sugar or cocoa, and optionally decorate with fresh berries. Serve with tea or coffee.
