Berry Charlotte
Description
The recipe won't take much time. There's no need to use baking powder for this apple cake—it's simply not required. When you whisk the eggs with sugar, the batter becomes so fluffy and airy that the cake turns out light and delicious. Add your favorite berries and enjoy the cake! Good luck! It can be served with tea or coffee.

Step 3

Beat at maximum speed until the mixture becomes fluffy, thick, and increases in volume three to four times.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the bowl of a multicooker (previously greased with cooking fat or oil) and spread it evenly. Place the berries on top. You can add the berries directly into the batter, but then the currants will give it a pinkish hue.

Step 6

Bake the pie in "Baking" mode for 45 minutes. Do not rush to remove the finished pie from the mold; let it cool down first.
