Apple Charlotte with Brandy
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I found this apple Charlotte with cognac recipe in a women's magazine. I remembered it later and found it again; an hour later, a wonderful Charlotte was fragrancing my kitchen. That day I received countless compliments. It's a pity there was no Charlotte left at all. Within a month, I made it four times until everyone had their fill, and besides, I ran out of cognac. You can beat the eggs with a mixer and omit the soda. But if you do add soda, be sure to neutralize it with vinegar. Good luck! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
