Orange Charlotte in a Multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here I've shared a simple recipe for preparing mandarin Charlotte in a multicooker. We'll make the Charlotte in several steps: 1. First, peel the mandarins. Do not discard the peel (zest). Instead, chop it into small pieces. If there are seeds in the mandarins, remove them. It's better to choose seedless mandarins. 2. Prepare the multicooker bowl. Grease the walls and bottom of the bowl with butter. Then arrange the mandarin slices on the bottom. 3. Now prepare the batter. Ingredients: egg, sugar, flour, mandarin zest. First, crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them. Then add sugar, chopped mandarin zest, and flour, one after another. Mix everything until the batter thickens and becomes uniform. 4. Pour the resulting batter over the mandarin slices in the multicooker bowl. 5. Set the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes. When baking is complete, check readiness with a dry matchstick. Insert it into the cake; if it comes out dry, the Charlotte is ready. 6. Remove the Charlotte and serve. Take it out carefully, as the cake will be very tender and soft. Serve with tea or coffee.
