Strawberry Charlotte in a Multicooker
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. I usually make apple charlotte, and generally I don't consider strawberries suitable for baking. But after trying to make charlotte in a multicooker, I changed my mind. To prepare strawberry charlotte in a multicooker, no additional ingredients are needed: the batter is the same as for apple charlotte. See the recipe below.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. It is better to use fresh berries.
- 2
Step 2

Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer until fluffy foam forms.
- 3
Step 3

Add flour, salt, vanilla, and baking powder to the same mixture. Mix everything well.
- 4
Step 4

Roll the berries in starch, otherwise they will lose their shape.
- 5
Step 5

Now add the berries to the batter and gently mix. Transfer the entire mixture into the oiled bowl of the multicooker.
- 6
Step 6

Set the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes. Our strawberry charlotte in the multicooker is ready! Serve it sprinkled lightly with sugar.
