Cabbage Charlotte Baked in the Oven
Description
Homemade baked treat for tea. I want to share with you a simple recipe for cabbage charlotte baked in the oven. This dish is perfect as a snack for the dinner table or for a small festive occasion. The charlotte should definitely be eaten while it's still warm, as it quickly loses its flavor when cooled. The size of the baking dish is very important—it should be no smaller than 26 cm; otherwise, there will be too much batter and a different result. If you're using unsalted butter, add more salt to the flour. Good luck!

First, put the eggs on to boil (hard boil). While the eggs are boiling, chop the cabbage and pour boiling water over it, letting it sit for 10 minutes.
