Pear Charlotte in a Multicooker

120 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Actually, there are no significant differences from the classic apple charlotte—just one fruit is replaced with another. But the taste is completely different: pears, in my opinion, are more aromatic than apples, and the charlotte made with them turns out to be exquisite. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Eggs (yolks do not need to be separated from whites) beat with a mixer.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

Gradually add the sugar, continuing to whisk until a fluffy white mixture forms—this will take approximately 10 minutes on average.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Add the sifted flour and vanillin, and gently knead the dough by hand.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Wash the pears, remove the core, take out all the seeds, and slice them.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

Pour half of the dough into the oiled multicooker container and place half of the pears on top.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Step 6

Pour the remaining batter on top and arrange the remaining pears neatly.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Step 7

Bake for 1 hour in "Baking" mode. Check readiness with a toothpick; if necessary, bake for another 20 minutes. Remove the finished charlotte, let it cool, and cut into portion pieces.
