
Sharlotka with lingonberries
Description

Tender, airy dough with a light tart note from the berries is an ideal combination. Delicious with milk, but you can also serve it with tea or coffee. Prepare all the ingredients.

Combine the eggs and sugar.

Beat for 5–7 minutes until a white, airy mass forms.

Add the flour and baking powder.

Stir with a spoon or spatula until the lumps disappear.

In a buttered pan, spread about half of the dough and scatter lingonberries over the top in a random pattern.

Spread the remaining batter over the lingonberries and bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
