Charlotte from Aunt Sveta
Description
Homemade baking for tea. To make Aunt Sveta’s charlotte, we need only a few ingredients that are always on hand in the fridge and a little bit of time. This charlotte is quite simple to prepare, but despite that, it turns out very tasty. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Crack the eggs into a plate, add sugar, and beat well.

Gradually add the sifted flour and knead the dough.

Add the baking powder and mix well.

Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into small pieces.

Take a baking pan, grease it with vegetable oil, and place sliced apples on the bottom.
