Apple cake with kefir in a multicooker
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Before, I used to bake my charlotte in the oven, using sour cream in the batter and was hesitant about trying kefir. This time, I decided to make the cake in a multicooker using kefir. The result was amazing! Unexpected guests were delighted by the incredibly tender taste of the charlotte, perfectly complemented by apples. I highly recommend this classic kefir-based charlotte recipe in a multicooker. The baking is done. Serve at the table.

Step 1

1. To make a kefir apple cake in a multicooker at home, you will need a minimal amount of easily available ingredients. First, cream the softened butter with sugar. Then add the kefir and egg.

Step 2

2. Beat the mixture thoroughly, adding flour to it. It should have the consistency of sour cream. After that, let the mixture stand for a while.

Step 3

3. Meanwhile, prepare the baking container. I greased it with margarine so the cake wouldn't stick to the sides.

Step 4

4. Place the apples at the very bottom and you can sprinkle them with cinnamon (optional). Pour the mixture on top and spread it evenly in the pan.

Step 5

5. Some housewives mix the mass together with apples and only then pour it into the multicooker container. Once the container is filled, you can set the "Baking" mode.
