Apple bread pudding with dried bread
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Making a bread pudding with dried bread and apples is not very difficult. Essentially, layers of soaked dried bread are arranged—you can simply use dried baguette slices. There's no need to prepare any batter. Distribute the sugar evenly between the cottage cheese and apples, reserving some for sprinkling on top. Optionally, you can add raisins and use more cottage cheese. This is an interesting recipe—I recommend trying it for anyone who enjoys experimenting. Good luck, and serve it cooled or slightly warm.
