To make the apple charlotte, prepare the necessary ingredients. Choose apples with a sweet-and-sour flavor.

To make the dough, pour kefir into a bowl and add sugar.

Add the flour and semolina. Pour in the vegetable oil. Add baking soda, a pinch of salt, and vanilla. Mix everything together.

Wash the apples, remove the cores, and cut into wedges.

You can use any pan for baking. I use a metal springform pan. Line the pan with parchment paper. Pour in half of the batter and arrange the apple slices.

Then pour the second half of the batter and arrange the remaining apples on top. Place the charlotte in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 40 minutes. Adjust the timing to suit your oven.
