Sugar-free Charlotte
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Honey is a great sugar substitute and adds its own unique flavor and aroma. I baked the charlotte with apples, but pears, apricots, plums, and peaches would work just as well. It's very simple and quick to prepare, not counting the baking time. Serve with tea or coffee.
