Charlipupa
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare Sharlipupa for a family dinner or any festive table. The dish turns out tender, juicy, and extremely delicious! You can use any meat you like, or if you don't like meat, replace it with fish. Essentially, Sharlipupa is a dish made from whatever ingredients you can combine. Although this dish isn't original to Primadonna, I highly recommend trying it. It's very tasty. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the meat into pieces roughly the size of cutlets, pound with a meat mallet, and place in a greased baking dish. I usually line the dish with foil beforehand.
- 3
Step 3

Season the meat with salt and your favorite spices.
- 4
Step 4

Place the sliced onion rings on top. Sprinkle the onion with salt and ground pepper.
- 5
Step 5

On top, arrange the sliced potatoes in 2-3 layers. Spread each layer with mayonnaise and sprinkle with salt.
- 6
Step 6

Brush the top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- 7
Step 7

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes (I check for doneness by the potato). If the potatoes are not yet ready but the top is browning too much, simply cover the dish with foil. Charlipupa is ready!

Step 8

Serve at the table.
