
Balls Made from Puree in Cheese Breading
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. I recommend trying to recreate this simple idea. Serve with herbs and sauce.

1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

2. Drain the water, add butter and milk, and mash into a puree. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly, and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.

3. Beat the eggs in a small bowl. In a separate container, combine the breadcrumbs and cheese. You can add a little herbs and spices to taste. Shape the potato mixture into small balls.

4. First dip the ball in the egg, then coat it in the breading.

5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

6. Bake until golden brown (about 15 minutes) in an oven preheated to 200°C. The mashed potato balls with cheese breading are ready.
