Description

Instead of the usual crab stick salad, you can make this appetizer. The balls are very easy to make and convenient to serve. You can place them in paper cups and serve them even at a buffet. You can make the appetizer ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator, and put it on the table right before dinner. Serve the appetizer at the table.

    1. Grate the hard cheese using a grater.
