Cauliflower and Potato Balls
Description
These vegetable balls are very easy to make and will please everyone without exception. They will beautifully decorate a festive table, including a Lenten one. Believe me, they won't stay there long. You can eat them with your favorite sauce, although traditionally they are served with tomato sauce. The main thing is not to pour sauce over the balls in advance, so that the crispy crust is preserved. They can be served warm or chilled.
