Description

The recipe won't take much time. Let's prepare yeast-free shangi at home. Boil the potatoes until done and mix them with butter and egg—this will be the filling. From the remaining ingredients, knead the dough. Shape the dough into small flatbreads with raised edges, place the potato filling in the center, and top with a dollop of sour cream. Bake the shangi in the oven for 15 minutes. Good luck! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
