Meat-filled shaneghki
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. Shanezhki are prepared in the same way as lazy pies: the filling is placed on a thin layer of dough, rolled into a log, then sliced into pieces and fried. What makes shanezhki special is their rather unusual dough made from cottage cheese, eggs, and flour, resulting in a very tender and incredibly delicious texture. Though the combination may seem unusual at first, the result will exceed all your expectations. I suggest this recipe. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
