Mushrooms Baked with Cheese in the Oven

   1. Wash the mushrooms, clean them, separate the caps from the stems, and place them in a baking dish. Lightly drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices.

   2. Place a small piece of processed cheese in the center of each cap.

   3. Separately, grate the mushroom stems and hard cheese. Sprinkle each cap with this mixture. Place the mushrooms in an oven preheated to 200°C.

   4. I baked them for 15 minutes, until the cheese melted. If you prefer a firm, golden-brown cheese crust, you can bake them a bit longer. Enjoy your meal!
