Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash a bunch of parsley thoroughly and chop it finely.
- 2
Step 2

Wash a bunch of green onions and finely chop.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the garlic and chop finely.
- 4
Step 4

Wash the mushrooms well, clean if needed, and let the water drain off.
- 5
Step 5

From washed mushrooms, carefully remove the stems — simply pull them out gently.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the cheese into cubes and place in the mushroom caps.
- 7
Step 7

Place the prepared mushroom caps in a baking dish. There is no need to grease the dish.
- 8
Step 8

Salt the mushrooms and place them in an oven preheated to 150 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. The mushrooms should release their juice, and the cheese should melt.
- 9
Step 9

While the caps are baking, finely chop the mushroom stems.
- 10
Step 10

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan. Heat it, add the prepared parsley, onion, and garlic, and start sautéing.
- 11
Step 11

Add the sliced mushroom stems to the pan with the greens and, stirring, simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Transfer to a bowl.
- 12
Step 12

Remove the baked mushrooms from the oven and transfer them to a serving plate. Spoon the prepared mixture of herbs and mushroom stems onto each cap. The mushrooms are ready.
